| About: | Shanker Suwan Singh is working as Assistant Professor (Regular Grade) in Food and Dairy Engineering Department at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, Allahabad (India) since September 2011. He has got the degree of Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology in the year of 2017. He has completed M.Tech. in Agriculture Engineering (Agricultural Process and Food Engineering) from Allahabad Agricultural Institute- Deemed University, Allahabad (UP) India in the year of 2008 . He has got the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Food Technology from R.B.S. Engg. College Bichpuri, Agra-India in the year of 2000. After the completion of B.E. in Food Technology, He started his career as Production Executive in the Modern Food Industries (India) Ltd. Kanpur-India from march 2001 to march 2004 (3 yrs.). After the completion of M.Tech. he joined as Production Executive in Hindustan Uni Lever Ltd., Uppal, (A.P.-India) from July 2008 to July 2009 (1 year). After then he started his career in teaching in S.P. College of Food Technology, sawarde, chiplun, Ratnagiri, (M.S.) India from July 2009 to June 2011 (2yrs). He is member of Bioved Research society, Allahabad and Association of Food Science and Technology, Mysore, and Indian Dairy Association, New Delhi. He has 23 full paper conference proceeding. He has guided 40 PG and 4 Ph.D students in their dissertation or thesis work. He has published 7 Book chapters in reputed ISSN registered book. He authored 4 Books named as Wings of Reflection, The Book of Cheese, Aalekhon se Nikalti raahein, Aalekhon se Samwad. He has published 45 reserch paper in reputed national and international journal. He has more than 5000 editorial articles published in National Magazine (RNI Registered / ISSN), National Newspaper (RNI Registered) and Web Portal Blog (Govt Registered).
