| About: | Dr. Pawanjeet Kaur is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Chemistry) at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune, where she is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she specializes in Multidisciplinary Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Coordination Chemistry, Sustainable Development, and Higher Education. Over the years, Dr. Kaur has served in diverse academic and administrative capacities including IQAC Member, NAAC Criteria 6 Coordinator, NSS Nodal Officer, and Placement & Internship Coordinator at renowned institutions such as Shri Venkateshwara University, GD Goenka University, RIMT University, GNA University, and Amritsar Group of Colleges. She is skilled in Bloom’s Taxonomy-Based Teaching, NEP compliance, industrial chemical analysis, and curriculum design. Dr. Kaur has been honored with multiple prestigious awards such as the "Young Faculty Achiever Award-2025", “Young Scientist Award- 2023 & 2022” “Young Faculty Excellence Award-2025”, “Global Woman Icon Award 2024”, “Sir CV Raman Scientific Sammaan”, “Dr. A.P.J.
