| About: | Dr. Nivedita Jha is a graduate in Sociology (H) from the prestigious Institute of Delhi University. She has done her MBA and PHD in HR and has several publications in Scopus, Web of Science ABDC and UGC indexed journals. Dr. Jha has reviewed a no. of articles for the journals under the banner of Inderscience, Emerald, Inderscience and Routledge. Her research interest lies in the engagement of the Millennial and Centennial workforce. Her research publications are applauded the world across and have brought her prestigious awards. The recent most award she has received is Emerald Literati Awards-2020 for the most commended paper by the journal Development and Learning in Organizations. Her research works have been applauded at several international conferences which include the conferences at IIT – D, IMT-Ghaziabad, IFIM-Bangalore, Amity University to name a few. She has co-chaired FOBE-2018, the International conference of IMT-G. She is a proud mother of a teenage girl and her passion lies in developing youth’s well-being through yoga. |
