About: He is currently working as Assistant Professor, Post Graduate Govt. College, Sector-11, Chandigarh. I am Gold Medalist in M.A. Psychology from Punjabi University, Patiala session 2004-05. He has earned his PhD under the esteemed guidance of Prof. Vandana Sharma. I have also served Post Graduate Government College, Sector-46, Chandigarh, Government Home Science College, Sector-10, Chandigarh, Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-11, Chandigarh, and Guru Nanak Dav University, Amritsar as a faculty member and Punjabi University Patiala as UGC-JRF/ SRF. He Has received the Excellence Award for research contribution by Euro Asia (2015). He has published 3 books entitled “Competitiveness: Importance of competition in life” with Lambert Academic Publishing, “Positive parenting skills: Role of parenting in building temperament and boosting wellbeing” with Envincepub Publications, and “Mental health: Psycho-social, developmental, and interdisciplinary approach” with Global Vision Publications House.
