| About: | My academic background includes a MBA-HRM & Ph.D from Bharathidasan University. M. Com from Periyar University and a PGDM in Business Analytics from IBMR, Bengaluru, my research interests align with the department's focus on Finance and HRM. I have guided many Research Scholars and worked as Thesis evaluator for many universities in the Country and Abroad. I have published several papers in top-tier journals and presented at conferences worldwide. As a seasoned educator, I have taught various courses, including MBA, MCA., BBA & B. Com students at different levels. My teaching philosophy emphasizes skills, competency and I have developed innovative curricula and pedagogies to enhance student learning. I have Guided Ph.D research Scholars & written books and research journals more than 70 Publications, I am a recognized Research Guide under VTU. I Have worked with VTU-LIC, BOS and BOE Boards in the VTU from more than two decades In addition to my academic achievements, I have 10 years of industry experience, holding leadership positions at Shiva Battery Components Private Limited and Jayvee Publishing House. This experience has given me a unique understanding of the practical applications of theoretical concepts. |
