| About: | Dr. (Er.) Markandeya is working as a Visiting Faculty, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. In 2020, he got best international researcher award for his outstanding research activities. Dr Markandeya completed his M.Tech. from Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sitapur Road Lucknow (a-UP State Govt. Engineering College) with first rank in the college and Ph.D. from AKTU Lucknow in the field of Civil (Environmental) Engineering. During Ph.D., he got two best prize in International conference for oral and poster presentation. He has also worked as an Assistant Environmental Engineer in Analytical Labs Ltd. New Delhi and Executive-Environmental Engineer in Green Circle Inc. Vadodara. Thereafter, he also taught in UG/PG levels in the Department of Civil Engineering, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sitapur Road Lucknow during 2013-16 (four year) and also involved in various responsibilities such as Resident Warden and other Institutional works. Since 2018, he joined as a visiting faculty, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. Dr Markandeya availed life membership of Indian Association for Air Pollution Control, New Delhi, The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata and National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee, India. He is working on various field related to Air, water and wastewater and also editor and reviewer of various peer reviewed National and International journals. He published more than 70 articles including One International Patent (01), International Peer Reviewed Journal (33), National Journal (09), Book Chapters (06), International Conferences (13) and other in National conferences. |
