| About: | Dr. J. Michael Sammanasu is currently serving as the Dean of Students, Professor, and Chair of Human Resources at St. Josephs Institute of Management JIM, St. Josephs College (Autonomous) in Tiruchirappalli, India. He has thirty-two years of teaching experience in Jesuit Institutions and is an approved research advisor in Management Studies by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. His current research interests are focused on behavioral studies, and he has produced four PhD scholars while currently guiding four PhD scholars. He handles courses such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, Conflict and Negotiation Management, and other HR-related subjects. Dr. Sammanasu has published papers in Q1 & Q2 Scopus-indexed Journals of reputed publications such as Taylor & Francis and ABDC - B & C as well. He has also presented several papers and published articles in reputed international and national journals, and has received awards for book writing and presenting papers abroad. He is the author of books on "Accounting for Decision Makers," published by CHESS Publishers, Chennai and Kerala, as well as two other books on "Foundation of Humanities in Ethics" and "Environmental Studies," published by St. Josephs College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Sammanasu is a professional Soft Skill Trainer trained by e2e–people, an ISO Company based in Bangalore, and a Certified Behavior & Mentoring Analyst by Talent Metrix, Mumbai. He is actively involved in training teachers, corporate employees, and students from various universities and schools.
