| About: | Dr. Esha Jain is faculty in the finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship area with more than Fifteen years of work experience with Ph.D. and UGC-NET qualifications. Currently, she is associated with Chandigarh University as Associate Professor. Earlier she was appointed as a President of the Institution Innovation Council of The NorthCap University Gurugram. An awardee of the Eminent Educationist Award’, Asia Pacific Gold Star Award’, Young Woman Educator and Scholar Award, and Excellence Award 2017, she was also selected for Rajiv Gandhi Education Excellence Award and Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award. She is the Resource Person for Various Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops, Conferences, Seminars, and Webinars at the National and International levels. She is also awarded 29 Honors and Awards, including 17 Best Research Paper Awards and a Dean Committee Choice Award in various International Conferences of repute. She has been invited by IIM Indore for a review of ‘Institutional Development Plans (IDPs)’ under the World Bank-supported Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Quality Improvement Project (MPHEQIP) to be submitted to the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. She took training modules at Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), London, UK, and is certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for conducting ‘Investor Awareness Programmes’ in institutions and organizations. She has published seven patents with the Government of India and two patents with the Government of Australia. More than 90 of her research papers are published in various International Journals (including Scopus and Web of Science) and Conference Proceedings of repute as well has authored two books, one is on ‘Foreign Exchange Management’ & another one is on ‘Principles of Management with text and cases’ under reputed Brands.
