| About: | I am Dr. Alok Kumar Verma, Assistant Professor at Samrat Ashok Subharti School of Buddhist Studies, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. I did my M.Phil. in “Buddhism and Philosophy of Peace: A Study of Renunciation†from the Central University of Gujarat. After that, I have awarded Ph. D. on the topic of “Buddhism and Meditation: A Study of Vipassana in Theravada Buddhismâ€. In this regard, I have published many research papers in UGC care listed, Scopus Index Journal and peer-reviewed journals.
