| About: | Darya Salih (She/Her) is a Local Human Resources Officer in Youth for Women Foundation who specializes in scheduling, document writing, hiring, developing, and looking after employees. This involves managing trainings, monitoring performance, and ensuring the equality and diversity of the workplace. I do have three years of volunteer experience: One year as an active member and one year as a chairperson of pharmacy education in Kurdistan Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (KPSA), also as the local chairperson of Duhok Local office. I have managed projects and campaigns focused on the pharmacy education, Medical Education, Sexual and reproductive health and rights. I also worked and presented some scientific festivals. I conducted over many certified training sessions on topics related to leadership, mental health, physiological and anatomical, medical and pharmaceutical studies, also I have participated in some international competitions like Case-Based Learning and worked with a team to analyse a case and became the winner of the competition. I also worked as a researcher in different medical researches and I am still working, and one of our researches is published in an international journal which is about the prevalence of Scabies in Kurdistan. I am also selected as a Campus Director of Hult Prize Foundation at University of Duhok (2021-2022). I am now studying fifth stage in the Pharmacy college at University of Duhok- Iraq. |
