| About: | Dr. Ashwini Kumar received his Ph.D. in Physics from School of Physics, Devi Ahilya University Indore – India in 2014. He joined Professor Qi Li’s research group at Southeast University, Nanjing- China in 2015 as a Postdoctoral fellow and worked until 2019 in the field of perovskite based multiferroic materials. After completion of his postdoc, he joined the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Luzhou Vocational and Technical College, Luzhou – China as an Associate Professor in May 2020. He received several awards and fellowships including a Fellowship from Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal (India) for training of Young Scientist in March 2014, Young Scientist Award in the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine by VDGOOD professional Association, India in December 2020, best research paper award by Luzhou Chemistry and Chemical Society in March 2021. He also served as Principal Investigator and hosted over a number of research funds, such as National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) of the Foreign Youth Fund, Jiangsu Postdoctoral Research Fund, and the Central University Basic Innovative Research Funds, etc. His research is focused on the study of smart and multifunctional materials, multiferroic, perovskites, microwave dielectric ceramics, ferroelectric, spinel ferrites, ceramic metal oxides, as well as manganite. His work has resulted in the publication of over 30 international SCI or EI indexed scientific publications, as well as presented numerous papers at national and international conferences and seminars. |
