About:	Dr. Marmelo V. Abante: is an accomplished and passionate educator with a strong foundation in academics and leadership. As the founding president of several educational institutions, including Holy Face of Jesus Lyceum of San Jose Inc., Lyceum of Sta Maria Inc., Sta Elena Institute of Science and Technology, Saint Felicity College, and Lyceum of Tingloy de San Roque, he has had a significant impact on the educational landscape in various regions. His accomplishments go beyond building institutions; he currently acts as an Academic Consultant for various colleges and institutes, displaying his dedication to promoting educational excellence. He is a certified assessor and evaluator for PICAB, PQA, PQC, PACUCOA, ALCUCOA, ICT Validator, ISO, RQAT, NBC, and TESDA, among others. He is affectionately known as "Doc Melo," and he currently works as Dean of the Graduate School at World Citi Colleges in Quezon City and Antipolo Rizal. His academic record is excellent, with five bachelor's degrees, four master's degrees, five doctorates, and two honorary doctorates. He is also a prolific author, having written Information technology, mathematics, business and public administration publications that are utilized nationwide. Dr. Melo is a popular international speaker on a variety of themes, including research and education, data protection, cybersecurity and information technology. Despite his hectic schedule, he remains involved in professional groups, works as an editor and reviewer for publications, presented and published national and worldwide research in information technology, business, and education. Outside of academia, he serves as a lector and commentator in two parishes, demonstrating his dedication to a healthy and purposeful existence.
