The ICIIBMS is the joint effort of the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST: https://www.oist.jp), the University of the Ryukyus(https://www.u-ryukyu.ac.jp/en), and the National Institute of Technology, Okinawa College (https://www.okinawa-ct.ac.jp/en)  to create opportunities to top technology leaders, industry members, scholars at all levels will gather together in person or virtually to exchange ideas, expend alternative, generate alternative approaches, generate critical dimensions, set the limits of acceptability, reject alternative research approaches, be up-to date of discoveries, make everlasting friends, get new ideas for research projects, and find the answer to unsolved problems. Reflecting on the work of informaticians, biologists, bioinformaticians, Nurologists, and engineers that is part of the cultural world we live in, which affects many aspects of that world. The conference excites scientists to address open issues in all aspects of informatics, bioinformatics, and neuroscience, and all emerging topics in intelligent informatics and biomedical that will pave the way to reach a new milestone in technology in the years to come, as the effect of new technology on society can draw attention to an old issue and can change our understanding of that issue.  Including Signal Processing, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, Biomedical, Medical Imaging, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Natural Sciences, and related fields, and not only get credit from their Institutions and impact on technology development.
