Abstract:
Work-life balance has become an important issue in today’s workplace and is directly related to employee retention and performance. Employees who are able to maintain a proper balance between their work and personal life tend to be more productive, efficient, and committed to their organizations. However, problems such as workload pressure, long working hours, and lack of flexibility are increasing rapidly among employees. Although many organizations claim to provide work-life balance, there is still a gap in proper implementation and support. This study focuses on the impact of work-life balance on employee retention and work performance. It also suggests various organizational strategies to improve employee well-being and reduce turnover.
