Abstract:
Detecting emotions through voice represents the next evolutionary leap in human-computer interaction, propelling us toward a more intuitive interface and enabling the development of superior recommendation systems.Voice, encompassing pitch, tone, and cadence, and accent, involving pronunciation patterns and linguistic nuances, play crucial roles in this context. Emotions, fundamental to human interaction, greatly influence communication and understanding. This research aims to investigate how variations in voice and accent contribute to expressing and interpreting emotions in speech. The study explores deep learning architectures and methodologies for this purpose, addressing associated challenges, limitations, and ethical considerations. Understanding the interplay of voice, accent, and emotions is pivotal for advancing technology in a beneficial manner.
