Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic poses a lot of pressing problems. It presents unprecedented challenges not just to public health but to the education sector. This study dealt with the improvement on the irregularity in module retrieval of first grades of Aurora Regional Pilot School. The researcher has established a school community pantry to address the issues of the irregularity in module retrieval. A combination of qualitative and quantitative method of research was utilized in the study. An interview was conducted during module retrieval to determine the reasons that inhibit the parents’ regular module retrieval and their opinion on how to minimize the problem. After the implementation of the intervention, another interview and survey were conducted to monitor the changes that the school community pantry has influenced. The respondents were then asked regarding their feedback in the adoption of community pantry in Aurora Regional Pilot School (ARPS). Collected data were then evaluated and analyzed. The researcher recorded the responses with the use of a four-scale questionnaire checklist. From the analysis, it has been found out that one of the major reasons that inhibit parents from retrieving their children’s modules is their work, and conflict of schedule with other children. Furthermore, it has also been found out that there is a significant difference between the irregularity of module retrieval before and after intervention which implies that the school community pantry has been an effective strategy to address the problem.
