Abstract:

Choosing the right cloud service provider (CSP) is a pivotal decision for organizations seeking to leverage cloud computing for operational efficiency and scalability. This paper aims to provide a structured approach to recommend the most suitable CSP using autonomic computing techniques. By automating the decision-making process, we can evaluate and compare various CSPs based on performance, cost, scalability, reliability, and security. Our approach not only simplifies the selection process but also ensures that the chosen provider aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives and technical requirements.
