IP and Development Concerns for India

Journa Name: International Journal of Law Management & Humanities Country : India Volume: 7 issue: 4 Year: 2024 Views : 399This paper is dealing with how much investment is invested in Research and development before TRIPs and after TRIPs, here we are focusing on the pharmaceutical industries, looking into the differences in outcomes and also analyse the impact of this investment with the help of Schumpeter’s Theory. Analysing those with the help of data’s given shows that there is no high difference in spending on Research and Development before and after the TRIPs.
