Abstract:
The research paper presents a comprehensive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis of a building, aiming to elucidate its fluid dynamics characteristics and their implications on architectural design and sustainability. The study employs a meticulous methodology, encompassing the generation of a detailed 3D building model, mesh generation, and the application of validated physical models and governing equations. Through a systematic validation process and careful simulation setup, the study ensures the accuracy and reliability of the CFD model. The post-processing and analysis phase unveil crucial insights through pressure distribution, velocity distribution, and drag force distribution plots, providing a detailed examination of aerodynamic features, airflow patterns, and structural loads. The findings contribute valuable information for architectural design considerations, energy efficiency optimization, and structural sustainability. This research enhances our understanding of the complex interplay between fluid dynamics and building design, fostering informed decisions for future construction projects.
