Abstract:

Entrepreneurial leadership has emerged as a critical determinant of business sustainability and economic growth in emerging economies. This study examines the role of entrepreneurial leadership in influencing organizational performance, innovation capability, and strategic adaptability among entrepreneurs operating in emerging markets. Using empirical data collected from 100 entrepreneurs across various emerging economies, the study applies Chi-square analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis to investigate relationships between leadership practices and business outcomes. Findings indicate that entrepreneurial leadership significantly enhances innovation, decision-making effectiveness, and competitive advantage. The study contributes to management literature by offering evidence-based insights into leadership patterns shaping entrepreneurial success in developing economic contexts.
