Abstract:

The development of the AI-Based Resume Analysis and Candidate Matching System is rooted in the understanding that modern recruitment demands a more intelligent, data-driven approach than traditional manual screening methods. In today’s competitive job market, organizations receive a vast number of applications for each role, making it increasingly difficult for recruiters to efficiently identify the most suitable candidates. The availability of large-scale digital resume data presents an opportunity to move toward intelligent hiring systems, where candidate attributes are systematically analyzed and evaluated to support precise and consistent decision-making. This project initiates that transformation by centralizing critical candidate information—such as skills, educational background, work experience, certifications, and domain-specific.
