Terms and Condition

  • Student Members are not eligible to apply for funds until they complete their Doctorates/Ph.D.
  • Member cannot transfer its membership to others.
  • Membership fee is nonrefundable.
  • Funds issue depends on the decision of chapter core team members.
  • Member can provide discounts on ABCD Index Sponsored / Partner conference papers to another researcher by its membership ID.
  • Members who join ABCD Index before 31st December 2023 will be considered as Life Time members of the chapter. Members who join on or after 1 Jan 2024, will be considered  Yearly members of the chapter.
  • Posts are verified by the ABCD content verification team before they get live. If things are not suitable then it may get declined.
  • Membership Suspension is the chapter's core team decision. This can be done under circumstances where we found unethical practices that degrade the Image of the Chapter/ABCD Index.

Discount – Department students and staff can avail discounts in conferences and publications through ABCD Index membership.

Conference - Department students and other teaching staff can apply for a discount in ABCD Index-sponsored conferences.

As it is a continuous process so professors as well as students, who wanted to publish their research papers and articles in ABCD index partner Journals can get publication discounts through department membership.

Apply for Funds– Department can apply for funds from their chapters related to their department or fields; for projects, sponsorship, grants, funding, workshop, conference, etc.

Recommend Journals/Conferences – Department can recommend journals/conferences related to their field/ chapter in a region.

Review Journals – Department can review journals related to their fields and give remark or comment about them.

Page Posting – Department can use the page posting platform provided by ABCD Index for sharing news and information using various categories provided on the platform related to the academic/ research field.

Global Recognition – ABCD Index membership will provide a global page for the department that helps them in getting global recognition.

Get Sponsorship – Departments can apply for sponsorship from ABCD Index.

Get Grants – After getting an ABCD Department membership, the department can apply for grants from ABCD Index Chapter, from which Department comes.

Certificate –Department will get a membership certificate from ABCD Index.

Global Recognition – ABCD Index membership will provide a global page for the College that helps them in getting global recognition.

Apply for Funds – The college needs funding for conducting various activities like research, project, seminar, workshop, conferences, and other activities related to the welfare of students or society. They can apply for funds from ABCD Index for getting aid in these activities.

Get Grants – A college can apply for grants from the ABCD index related to their chapter core team.

Terms and Conditions (ABCD Index Accreditation)

  • The accreditation body will be able to avail benefits like funding, recommendation, reviewing, etc. in their designated department or chapter only.
  • The accreditation body cannot transfer its Accreditation/Certification to others or a new course/department/college/product/instrument.
  • The accreditation fee is non - refundable.
  • Funds issue depends on the decision of chapter core team members.
  • Accreditation body people will not become a senior members if the senior member position is vacant.
  • The accreditation body can provide discounts in ABCD Index Sponsored / Partner conference papers to other researchers by its certification ID.
  • Courses/departments/colleges/universities/industries/instruments/products running under a registered accredited body name can take benefits. Non-accredited Courses/departments/colleges/universities/industries of the same accredited body, will not be considered a beneficiary of the ABCD Index (For this, apply Separately for accreditation).
  • The accreditation body is accredited for 3 years after the certification issue.
  • Accreditation grading is A/B/C/D independent of the ABCD Index team. ABCD Index Members as per academic area decide the grading. The accreditation fee does not guarantee any type of grading.
  • The inspection team will check things online and submit reports to ABCD Index directly. Our representatives will provide remote support for inspection.
  • Validation crosscheck points will be shared as per academic/research area for the applicant by email after a 10% payment of accreditation fees. Valid for 6 months to apply for inspection.
  • Accreditation 90% of fees should be completed by the applicant body one month before the final inspection date.
  • The inspection team may take 2 to 5 working days for review depending on the team member's availability.
  • The inspection team submits the report to ABCD Index 10 days, from the inspection start date.
  • The accreditation body will get Digital and hard copies of the certificate, within one month, from the inspection start date.

ABCD index promotes its partners as per their area/work/field on different platforms. So that partners can reach the target audience conveniently. As we know Publishers, Universities, Industries (Research Product Manufacturers), and Research Laboratories are related to academic fields. These academic fields or organizations need media partners who have similar areas. So ABCD Index helps partner to increase its reach for the propagation of academic events (conferences, seminars, competitions, etc.), share information (Jobs, Funding, Sponsorship, Lectures, Course, Publication/Subscription offers), research products/services (Machines, software, Tools, Instruments, etc.).
