About:	Dr. Emmanuel U. Ogbodo holds a B. Eng (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, M. Sc in Information Technology, and PhD in Electronic Engineering. He is a Certified full member with the Institute of Information Technology Professional South Africa (IITPSA) and a Professional member of Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK and a member of IEEE, and a professional registered Engineer. He is a recipient of AfiNIC 15 Fellowship Award. His PhD research focus was Smart Grid Communication in the discipline of Electrical /Electronic and Computer Engineering at University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa. Dr. Ogbodo E. U. is an independent researcher and academic staff member in the department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka; he is also a postdoctoral research fellow at Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa.
